Products may be returned for refund or credit only with prior written approval/mail confirmation from Panacea. Return is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance and must be clearly referenced on all return-related documentation and shipping labels. Products returned without a mail confirmation/on Panacea approval may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense, freight collect. All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery, and the product must be unused, in original, unopened packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products must have been purchased within 30 days of the return request date. Items with compromised packaging integrity, expired labels, or evidence of use are not eligible for return. Panacea, in its reasonable discretion, will determine whether any damage to immobilization devices or patient positioning systems results from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, storage failure, excessive force, or failure to follow care instructions.
Upon the customer’s written request, Panacea may agree to perform repair or exchange services for such damage, in which case the customer shall be responsible for applicable charges based on Panacea’s current time and materials pricing. All returned products must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and securely packaged to prevent transit damage. Panacea does not accept C.O.D. shipments unless otherwise agreed in our mail confirmation and will inspect all returns prior to issuing any applicable credits. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, excluding shipping, handling, and any applicable restocking charges, which shall be determined upon mutual discussion and written agreement between the Customer and Panacea. Custom-made, sterile, and disposable products—including thermoplastic masks—are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Panacea does not offer product exchanges. Any requests after the designated return window will not be accepted, and all sales will be considered final after 7 days.
